Angels, watchers of mankind, descended from their divine posts, drawn not by duty but by the allure of mortal beauty. From their unholy union with the daughters of men, the Nephilim were born—giants of immeasurable strength, wisdom, and tragedy. I was among the Nephilim. My story begins not with my birth, but with the fateful descent of those who forged me: the Watchers, the Sons of God, who left the heights of heaven to walk among the children of men. Their story is ours, for from their rebellion, we emerged.In the days when the world was young and unbroken, humanity grew in number, spreading across the earth in their innocence and simplicity.
