Maybe we needed a lesson, a reminder of the need to surrender (not a favorite term of mine) at times – when we trust, but still are not able to understand. Like the caterpillar going into its cocoon, things have a way of turning out far more beautiful than we knew possible. Trust the darkness. It's where the miracle takes place. I had the thought that,
1) you and Cornelius may not have gone to such great lengths in you discussion if, you both had known that it was "just" a personal conversation.
It sounds like it was a healing.
And 2)
I feel that the mental, emotional, physical and Spiritual health of our Beloved Leaders like you, needs, healing from what You do, without opening to other energies. that could be draining.
Most of us will never want to drain you, or others we love, in the similar capacity.
But we are here for our own "needs" of some kind.
