That's a reason I don't like peacemaker, they trivialized starro and made some random ass butterfly a bigger threat, not to mention the disrespect on aquaman at the ending and some really cringy moments, wich makes me mad since it has a lot of good moments.
Starro is a lot stronger in the Dc universe because the people there have super powers. If Starro controls the right people he could take over the world.
I find it funny in DC Comics by the terms of invasion Earth has lost across the multiverse, just put out minor fires that don't connect. When you notice how bad the fire is, the heroes lose, so reset by retcon. Then fight again to take notice the war is not winnable hit that retcon again, and again, it's not bleak. it's just the setup.
TSS starro is a real menace. Gunn made him a lot scarier bc you can’t take them off like in the comics. They carve into your face and directly into your brain. Once you take the star off your face has a star shaped carving in it and you basically die
The Justice League wasn't there to stop any of this. It was mainly the villains who had to stop what was going on. This is really pathetic when you think about it. The Justice League shows up at the last minute at the end of Peacemaker and Peacemaker calls them out for being too late. It really does show the DCEU never had a good plan and thus made the Justice League look pathetic as those members don't show up in a lot of other movies. Very mismanaged and messy in comparison to the MCU where the Avengers were involved in almost every movie.
The Justice League right now I guess are like the Watchmen. They don't save the world all that much anymore and sit idle for bad things to happen.
Didn’t the mini Starros in the movie just kill the people they possessed? Like I know normally taking them off would save a person but in the movie the people straight up died. No one was getting up after that.
“Just wear a mask” he says, as if that exact sentence hasn’t already thrown people into a rage over their “encroached upon freedom” and their “right to freely spread the plague.”
In any sentient Puppeteer Parasite invasion scenario, we'd realistically screwed because they would go straight for world leaders and military. Game Over.
When you watch trash movies but fail to read the comics…
Nah most times normal people sustain brain damage if the main starro isn't killed.
Comic Starro would FRY us

Actually movie starro does kill people it takes over
I remember in The suicide squad. The mini starros were actually STUCK on the faces and there was no safe way to remove them.
If its THE Starro, the comic version, then sorry, but no one is touching that one

Starro's puppets die when he takes over them.
Day 1 of asking for you to give your thoughts on shorts wars and it ending
now if it was comic book staro we would be fuckd
How much to get a video
Whats your thoughts on the qu?
I want to know if he has an opinion on inazuma eleven.
Love that both of these alien invasions can be prevented with masks.
Butterflies have to get insides you then wear a mask problem solved.
Day 17 of asking for a most evil villain in fiction video (The Qu, AM, or Judge Holden)
When u got me planning to move to Russian/siberian countryside you have won

The Butterflies remind me of the parasitic aliens from Animorphs.
Comic Staro would be way more dangerous.
If we're talking DCEU then yeah the butterflies, but if we're talking comic accurate Starro that's a different story.
Actually, in the movie, when one of the squad tried to remove it it scarred the victim
Comic staro ooooor?👀🤨👀
What movie is the butterfly from?
Caped crusader is out!!!
Wear a really good mask for the butterflies and wear earpods and butt plugs

I thought the spear Harely used was a special spear fated to be there for that exact reason at that exact time, not just a normal one?
Think he’s wrong but also more bc I like my version more lol
Yeah let’s not talk about comics cause..
Now I’m imagining what would happen if both the Butterflies and Starro worked together, just tossing a possibility here.
Hey did u already talk about thedeadpool movie

IIRC, that was a magical javelin, not a normal spear.

Now I'm wondering how well the Yeerks from Animorphs would do in the 21st century
In any sentient Puppeteer Parasite invasion scenario, we'd realistically screwed because they would go straight for world leaders and military. Game Over.
I find it funny that the butterflies avoided going to Russia 😂
Yeah it sounds like the revenants from girl genius if you ask me
348 person 😊😊😊😊🎉🎉🎉🎉
Meanwhile, The Flood
Starto also doesn't kill his hosts originally, that was an invention of james gunn
Any of y'all see the highschool dxd video he sent?
I will say, the only thing wrong here is that the starros kill their hosts in that version
he noticed me!!!
D reaper
Id rather get possed by the star dude
Nah, should’ve went with Brave and the Bold Starro, much more of an accurate depiction; dude is basically Unicron as a giant space starfish
“All they got to do is wear masks” COVID has shown otherwise that ppl won’t in fact, wear masks lol
