  6. Cap, can you do this senario again with a US fast carrier task force (without the 500+ aircraft)? As an added bonus, you could through in some enemy cap fighters (small group, not the pc killing units of IRL).

  11. hmm, I guess loosing planes due to bombs being sucked into themselves etc etc,, is a valid way to loose planes. Because that is indeed a thing for reals. Same with pilot errors, because ,, well some plane types are just hard to fly.
    I think , maybe a bit hard to implement, but the cost of a pilot should probably be included for accuracy. It does take time and money to train a pilot.

    In general I find the focus on cost to be a bit,, odd. Because in wartime, access to resources is what matters, not the cost. Especially if the war is taking place in your country.
    But I guess you guys are doing it because,, well that's all you can do in DCS really. So that's ok.

  19. Only issue I saw was that the war birds were not diving steep enough to be effective for the bombing run. But the planes were all wrong for the mission. I do not think that DCS has the Stuka or the SBD, or SB2C. 75 to 80 degree dive angle from 20k feet, release around 1500 feet and pull up. Use machine guns to see where your bomb is expected to hit.

  24. Which do you think would be more practical to take down 50 Chinese balloons carrying 6 hyper sonic missiles at 70,000 feet. Fighter jets or missile defense systems?
