We simulate a huge swarm of 100 Iranian Shahed 136 drone against a static target. Then we test to see which ground defence assets can stop the swarm. We test: C-RAM, PGZ-09, Pantsir, Tor M2M, Type 26 Frigate, Type 45 Destroyer, Ticonderoga CMP Cruiser, NASAMS 3 and Patriot SAM.

Should trial something like the Italian Horizon class or the T31. A trio of OTO Melara 76mm/Bofors 57mm and 40mm with 3P munitions might manage. Plus it'd be cheaper than firing multi-million $/£€ missiles.
I believe you should try different ground-based, Gun systems like the Italian OtOmatic or the new German Rhinemetal gun system, maybe the Swedish SV 90 AA system

You need programmable flak rounds fired from AAA guns to stop a saturated attack like this.
Direct hit rounds will have a very low hit rate for that small targets.
The best tactic to not get destroyed is to beg and make peace to a country who already has 10000+ of shared drones in their arsenal.
Even if you can manage to arrange and online all these defense systems…the enemy would love to target and destroy these expensive line of defense

I’m pretty sure the drones wouldn’t have to come at the target from a single direction. They would fan out and meet at the target from all angles. They also wouldn’t all fly at the same altitude.
