  45. Just five days ago, Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit against Oregon's Secretary of State, citing failure to remove illegitimate voters from the rolls.

    Today, Oregon’s DMV computer systems are down statewide!!

    Any idea how/why, and why not a peep about the condition being reported? It is confirmed in person 11/1/2024 today. So what gives?

    In Oregon’s vote-by-mail system, signature verification is critical for maintaining election integrity. After a voter returns their ballot, election officials compare the signature on the return envelope with the one on file from the voter’s registration record. If the signatures match, the ballot is counted. If there’s a discrepancy or a missing signature, the voter is notified and given a chance to 'cure' the issue. However, with authorities currently tabulating and counting votes, the DMV outage may prevent the verification of signatures against DMV voter registration records, raising serious concerns about the ability to accurately verify that each ballot was cast by the correct registered voter.
