  2. Complicated…but it works, and it is is way more accurate with sticker variants, variants in general. Funko, even when it worked was slow in adding things, added incorrect figures, as they often did not have all versions of the same figure.

  3. #Gastlecast. My funko app doesn't work at all. I have contacted them and customer service and I can't even get my lists to update etc. It is a true mess. And Funko keeps saying they are working on it. No time frame on when this s…t will be fixed. I am frustrated as hell.

  4. Yet another problem that stems from funko refusing to communicate. Km willing to bet they tried to add a lot of technical features on the coding side and it led to a major technical error they can't fix yet. Which is bad but almost understandable if they just came outnandnsaid "we messed up, we're trying to fix it". Also they got a pretty bad computer developing program or whatever it'll be called as whenever they do tech issues there something

  5. This is one scenario when I'm happy to be in the UK and an Android user as we have the TPD (The Pop Directory) app. It's had the ability to share lists for ages so I'm wondering if Funko were trying to copy this and have come up a long way short?

  6. I can't even login to the funko app anymore. Gives me errors. As a developer, this update should have never been pushed out. It was rushed. That is what happens when you fire people who have experience. Regarding the hobbydb app, it isn't user friendly and they don't have the funding to hire enough developers(I tried to get a job making the ui look good). Unfortunately, I think it is going to be more of the same for hobbydb for the forseeable future. Also, I don't want to transfer 3000 pops to hobby db. Its all a nightmare at this point.

  7. First of all I want to address Heather and her new car. Be careful out there with the popo. You don't want them catching your riding dirty. And about the Funko app. I've been really upset about it for a while. Due to me not having the best vision and not being able to see my pops I don't always have a mental image of what I have. Thank God for kids because they can remember more than I can. So hopefully they get it fixed quick and get back to helping me know what I have LOL. Anyway hope you guys are doing good take care

  8. I personally use the Hobby DB app for my collection, but with that said I'm so glad that I did not download the new Funko app version and still have the one prior to it with seems to work in at least finding products and images.

  9. I also would like something more simplified, but get real, Funko has never put much effort into their app, and less over the last year.
    In my over 1200 figures put into the Funko app, I had many that were the incorrect version, usually the SDCC version for instance which was valued much higher. It was a simple app, but had glitches. It said I had more figure than I actually did. I deleted everything at one point, and it still said I owned like 7 figures in my collection when it was empty and completely blank. So even figures owned is inaccurate. I have not had an issue ever with HobbyDB and every figure in my collection is the correct version. I would rather HobbyDB get easier to use than deal with Funko. They destroyed Stashpedia and made a much more inferior app…

  10. What I find extra weird about the App situation, is that it appears to also no longer be connected to their support team? When I first noticed that the collections weren't showing back on 4/4, I went to my account page, and did the Help/Contact Us for feedback, and submitted a 'Hey this is broken' message.

    And the email I got BACK from support a few hours later read as follows: "This email is a service from FUNKO Sandbox. Delivered by Zendesk. This is a sandbox account. Use for testing purposes only." With an alphanumeric (I think) case string/account string? Nothing else – and no further reply since.

    Really weird.
