Where Do Vegans Get Their Protein?

A plant-based diet is PACKED with protein! We don’t need to filter our nutrients through the body of an animal.

  1. She has cognitive dissonance, there's plenty of protein in beans, nuts, seeds, chickpeas, split peas, lentils, quinoa and more that are not only healthier but also there's no direct cruelty to animals in purchasing these products, they are better for the environment and are cheaper.

  2. Most westerners get far too much protein for their own good. And having been indoctrinated by big meat and big dairy that their's is the only source, it seems impossible for most people to believe otherwise.

  3. If she's "so sad" and crying about the pig, why does she continue eating animals? Makes zero sense. Also plant foods have plenty of protein, "protein deficiency" just isn't a thing, lol

  4. It’s not difficult if you genuinely care about something. I worked at a CAFO and three days in I was vegetarian…I was 16, a kid still. Seven years laters I’m fully vegan but not once did I think it was hard, fuck a taste and a five minute meal

  5. As usual meat eaters raised their flesh eating heads. It seems they are obsessed with veganism promoting sites. Something weird about it. I don’t trawl through meat eaters or hunters sites. Not interested. We constantly hear that vegans are annoying 🙄
