not 100% sure, but it seems that when I (as a scav) dropped Santa "alkali" bottle – he had a drink (I didn't see, but heard it), and then he dropped dead to my surprise

It's ornaments, Airwing, not balls
You can find every christmas Ball on the christmas treten on every map but i dort now jet if they spawn random or in the scav hang them there when they going around the tree shooting
ok here is the best deal, the Christmas tree has two kinds of balls, softball size are part of the tree, tennis ball size are lootable. Good luck. I got three at customs as a scav, no one seems to be checking the tree!

I found a purple ball on a scav I killed as a pmc on customs. I haven't went out my way to find the Christmas I just randomly come across them looting

I found a purple in factory safe, and whites in a safe every 3-4ish raids I believe
They are 100% dropping in safes. Got a white and red in the same factory safe last night
You must be talking about me. Over 150 scav runs, and PMC runs I have not seen a: giger magnet, gas an, drill, TNT block or any of the newly added tech items. And I’ve found 2 purple balls
Found all of myn on scav pocket or backpack
still have found zero gasans, 2 or 3 purple ornaments. had to craft all of mine lol.
What do you think is the most worthwhile tree craft? I can do a ledx but was thinking of saving purples for a weapons case.
