What needs to be explained is that the Sueah AlNajam was revealed in the fifth year of the prophethood and Mairaj took place just before the Hijrah, which is the thirteenth year from the time of the first revelation. How does this ayah which says that the Prophet Sallallah alih wassalam sees Jabraeel Alaih Salam for the second time here in the first five years?

Another meaning the prophet saw the angel in a lower position is … As Allah mentioned that he's massive and very powerful(qawi) and now prophet saw him in lower position… Means that now prophet is in a position where he has more power and strength.
May Allah make us able to understand the Quran in true sense
