I got pulled over for not using my signal once but in my defense the officer had another car pulled over at a stop sign. Not on the side of the road, they were parked right in front of the sign so I had to drive around them. It was 4 in the morning because I was on my way to catch a plane 3 hours away. I still think she pulled me over because she thought I may have been drinking and driving because why would I use a turn signal to drive around 2 cars sitting in the damn road?
Yep….that was made up. No such law. Morons…..

They said he failed to stop at the stop sign then rescinded that statement then put on the warning ticket that he failed do stop at the stop sign.

I drive big rig and it helps us know what the person is doing because we can take up two or sometimes 3 lanes. That was a good cop doing his job

If he just came off an exit and then made a left turn , there probably isn’t enough room to signal 100 feet away from the stop sign if it is a circular exit ramp . Even if it was a straight ramp , moving off the highway into the ramp might not give enough distance to change signals before the stop sign .
