Alr now a real comment you said kitsune is broken while trandformed but i feel like it isnt due to the abilities being clise tange and its easy to counter transformed kitsune because u have to get close to attack and while untransformed the moves have decent ranges and are easier to hit your opponents. Also being able to use ither things you have like gravity can hid human or any figjing style and also soul guitar or cabucha witch ever is perfered and to bring it down to one thing i would say that kitsune is better untransformed 😊
i personally Main Blizzard fruit and i gotta say, its definitely A tier for grinding and pretty good for PvP.

Most of the fruits in S dont even belong in there all of the beast fruits should go into F or D.
Venom I can accept being in A because of the poison effect and the F move. Almost every
single logia should be in A or S. Imo buddha and light are probably the best for grinding and no other fruit is better for grinding
Btw this is kinda a first sea mistake because people in that sea usually say that the best fruit in the game is the most expensive
