We show UNCUT REAL LIFE ADVENTURES whilst TRAVELLING OUTBACK AUSTRALIA that are NOT shown from The BIG YouTubers by going on a 4WD ADVENTURE to The KENNEDY RANGES in WESTERN AUSTRALIA, completing THE KENNEDY LOOP, camping out in a VERY REMOTE PLACE OFFGRID, just us, our LANDCRUISER 79 SERIES, NORWELD CANOPY and SWAG. This is OUTBACK FREEDOM.
This 4WD adventure has a bit of a disastrous start but we soon find the correct route and embark on this mini-adventure. The track has a mix of sandy and rocky sections to tackle, with views from cliff tops and a steep descent. We camp out offgrid in Chaffcutters campground, a remote campground in The Kennedy Ranges, and have it all to ourselves…..perfect. At the end of the loop we have to cross the Gascoyne River which is a dried up river bed with very soft sand.

Looks like a great drive . We were wondering if you have seen Cam Wild’s YouTube on Wild Touring when he and a few mates did a 3 night drive in the opposite direction along this track with a couple of great campsites ? If not , we are sure you would enjoy it . Thanks for the tour through the Kennedy Ranges in which we camped in 2009 . Where did you get your map for the track from?
Agree 100% – all the big channels do campgrounds, and all the tourist crap- GibbRiverRoad, cape, Nullarbor etc.
Love your perspective and we are staring our travels next year – cannot come quick enough!

You really do need Hema maps in an Ipad or navigator of some sort if going off the bitumen. The cows will smell you and stay away so no need to worry about getting trampled..
