People ask me all the time, what’s the best month for bass fishing in Florida. Well Jan, feb and March is good for the simple reason that the northern bass fishing is non existent but May is a far better time to fish! Right now frog fishing is on fire and I made two films last week on Headwaters and Okeechobee with my son Scott and my granddaughter Hilary! Plenty of bass over 5 pounds! Also, the speed worm bite is on 100% and yesterday I lost the largest bass I’ve ever hooked on a speed worm, well over 10 pounds. I’ve caught several hundred trophy bass in Mexico, Santee , Rodman , Okeechobee and headwaters, so I’m a good judge of there size! Also there is a great flipping and pitching bite in the heavy Matt’s. The shiner bite is insane as well! Fish Florida in the summertime!

Hello Roland from Chicago 💥💥💥
The dead shiners give off an ammonia scent that bass seem to love. Big bait fish are expensive so we use living & dead and have seen some wild results.
My dad and I were his guide party on Thursday, the bass he lost was a giant, jumped out of the water 2x. Roland is a class act and does everything he can to put you on your PB. There is only a limited number of these guide trips available so if you're thinking about it I would book it today, you won't be disappointed.
this channel is the most fun to watch on you tube … love this channel
