I can't believe Duncan thinks 30°C (86°F) is hot. It'll be above 37.1°C (100°F) here.
Definitely being a ghost above going to heaven. Especially with the 1 hour visibility a day thing. That's pretty much already my life, so it'd be as if I was still alive.

Being a ghost and exploring could be cool. Heaven would have to be something we as humans cant comprehend because eternity is its own kind of hell.
If you were to become a ghost you'd still be able to communicate with people who were still alive, even if only for an hour each day. You'd be able to see your loved ones as they live their lives, make friends, give advice built upon lifetimes of observation and knowledge, etc. You'd be the best investigative reporter, the best scientist, the best politician and the best philosopher all rolled into one!
Plus, you get to troll people in all the fun ghosty ways which is just icing on the cake really. Just harmless, confusing stuff like turning a tap back on the minute someone turns their back, playing with the lights, locking a car door just as someone tries to open it, that kinda thing. Annoying but not dangerous; confusing but not malicious. The best kind of ghost.

Sigh. For the last time, Fluffy Cloud Heaven is Not a Biblical Sound description of Heaven.
New Jerusalem, for example… is a city with walls that essentially reach into space because of how tall they are. ~Made out of Precious Jewels and Metals.
And have the same length as height.
The rest of Heaven? Essentially the Universe, but not shit. The Creation without Sin, and with the full Presence of God.
(You want to visit Jupiter? No spacecraft needed, You just go.)
I don't think you could get bored, in the same way that you can on Earth while Alive.
Besides which… being a ghost sounds like a better class of hell. Even if you're not just headed to Hell.
