Alright so before goku was a God of destruction beerus was the closest to achieving ultra instinct and goku now has that if he mixes that form with his new hakaishin form he might just be able to defeat this broly…but he would need to use the maximum power of ultra instinct(masterd) he would need to use only his subconscious in battle which he cannot do yet and he would need to master hakaishin and he hasn't done that now it took beerus the most powerful God of destruction as of right now except goku 2135 years to master hakaishin with whis help and to get into his subconscious it took him 213 years to master getting into it so unless goku uses the time room with extra buffs from Vados's staff goku would only just take less that is my theory of the only way he can kill broly unless zenos father killed him.
