Congrats. I made it exactly 1 minute and 48 seconds into the video before you started spewing absolute bullshit. King Arthur was not mythical. He was real and it has been proven via multiple digs and archeological sites. If you can not tell the truth about something so simple I find that watching the rest of your mockumentary would be an epic waste of my time.
Seeing this video started on Hadrian's Wall, a fortification likely built by the Roman slaves as a barrier to differentiate the known world from barbarian lands often forget that the people either side of that wall were Brythonic ( Welsh) speaking tribes who inhabited the Kingdoms of Rhedeg, Elmet, Alt Clut , Y Gododdin , Din Eidyn etc… that existed before & after the Romans invaded Britain. And those Welsh kingdoms encompassed present Northern England in Cumbria ( name itself translates as land of the compatriots in Old Welsh) and peoples in South Central Scotland who spoke not Gaelic but Old Welsh (Hen Gymraeg) and thought of themselves as the same people. Cymry. This attested to by Post- Roman writer and father of native British history Hen Ogledd Welsh monk Gildas.
These weapons were probably collected during the crossing from one village to another – like checking in your gun when you came into town in the old west. They could just dump excessive weapons over the causeway if they were not collected. .

Before I watch it, I feel the name has to do with the fact that life expectancy and in general was bad, and then the events of 536ac rolled out. That’s dark ages alright, if you’d ask me.

What was left out was what I could see in the legend of King Arthur. Twelve Knights, Not a not dead but sleeping King.
Sounds a bit like another legend, Jesus, also believed in by the British of the time, even now.

A fantastic documentary. Unfortunately somewhat ruined by the ridiculous amount of ads……
The truth is lack of archaeological evidence doesn’t mean something didn’t exist or happen. It might mean that but it also might mean it hasn’t been found. The archaeologists might have just been two feet in the wrong direction. Of course when evidence is found that does mean something.
Excellent Series. So interesting with learned authorities explaining in language anyone could understand. I'm not sure how they arrive at all their conclusions but the theories put together alongside the archeological finds are fascinating. Whatever the truth, it's clear that we have some amazing artefacts that, in themselves, are just amazing
