What will we who return with Christ to rule for 1000 years be doing? Those on earth will still be mortal and are still having children. Are we to act as judges and those in authority since Jesus will rule with a "Rod of Iron"?
The scriptures say we will be known" as we are" in Heaven. Certainly we will feast and worship our Lord, but logic would dictate that he will prepare us for our tasks …it will be magnifienct … I will rest assured that no matter what awaits us …But as Scripture says: “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined the things that God has prepared for those who love him.”
I thought that touching the Ark was strickly forbidden under every circumstance after it was first filled, considering that someone trying to stabilize it and touching it more or less incinerated him. Was it opened for ceremonial purposes and if so, when was it acceptable to do so?

The contents were the stone tablets inscribed with the Ten Commandments were the first items placed in the Ark. (Exodus 40:20) A golden jar of manna and “Aaron’s rod that budded” were later added. Evidently, the jar and rod were removed at some point, because they were not in the Ark when it was moved into the temple. (1Kings 8:9)
