Ancient of Skylands (and the last of them)

Brain is one of the Skylands ancients and the last of them living, he along with the others use mind magic to create everything in Skylands, until he betrays them and uses it to brainwash everyone, though he was unable to brainwash the dragons cause of their magic and they along with the ancients defeat him and locked him away in a jar. Thousands of years later he was met by the dark portal master Kaos, who used his mind magic to help him make more doomlanders, when his ultimate doomlander (a giant guacamole monster) was beaten and failed to gain Pop Fizz’s beast potion, the Skylanders were tricked to setting the brain free from the golden arcade vault, the two then took over the minds of everyone (except Spyro and the imaginators), which were foiled again by the dragons, after getting inside Kaos’ fortress by hiding inside a giant birthday cake, the Skylanders face against Kaos’ Kaos clones, confronting Kaos, he commands the brain to use his mind magic to make him “super awesome” and summon more doomlanders, after failing to outmatch the imaginators (and bringing up the Brain’s lack of thumbs) he betrays Kaos and states the portal master (you) has a much better imagination than he does and changes sides and give the heroes an upper hand by making all imaginatiors amazingly effective. After Kaos is beaten, Brain tries to escape but is stopped by Spyro, Stealth Elf and Jet-Vac, he claims he will help them fight more evildoers out in Skylands, and if he attempts his plan again he will return to the jar, he then shrinks Kaos and Glumshanks and trap them both in the jar, and become Skylander Academy’s new professor.
