  1. It may not be competitively a good option, but if you wanna be a tank and zoom real fast war flag and talisman of energy will make you and your teammates zoooom and give attack speed (plus if you're magical you can get Doom Orb)

  2. Stone of Fal, Stone of Binding, and Emperor's Armor are some items that just a tiny buff can push them. Stone of Binding is one that I'd like a tier 3 but actually afraid of getting it because of how volatile it can be. The only way I could see them making it a tier 3 is by reducing the stats and effect to 20s for tier 2 and raising them to 40s on tier 3 but you run into the problem of doing way too much extra damage. 40% extra damage is a ton for something you can easily proc. Stone of Fal is the top item I want to use but can never fit it in. I think Ao Kuang, Zhong Kui, and Maui make the most out of it with maybe Poseidon (if his stim actually gives him more hits). One thing that could really push Fal is if attack speed was added to it in some form whether it drops the power for it or it adds it to stacks. I think trading the 20 power for 20% attack speed(maybe 30%) might be worth it making it a little easier to stack. I feel Emperor's Armor is missing something. It might be one of those items that could be combined with another one and condense its abilities. I think maybe combining Witchblade and Emperor's Armor would be good. It could have that Attack Speed reduction of Witchblade apply to structures as well with the Attack Speed increase to your structures, also 10%CDR is always nice. Another option would be combine Tyrannical Plate and Emperor's Armor where you could give a buff to allied minions and Structures. You'd lose more with Tyrannical + Emperor's power-wise but gain some more utility.

  3. Masters solo laner here wanted to talk about my different opinions on the starters.

    Heros axe is much better than you think it has insane stats with the best peeling passive in the game. If you surivive long in the fights you can get 5+ procs of axe which gives your team like 2k extra hp in shields to work with. Imo its by far better than sundering if you find picking up heros axe hurts your damage buy a beatstick or crusher towards the end of your build

    Randas mask is not completely troll its actually really good on full damage guardians in the solo lane(especially cabrakan which i believe Nika played in the spl). Its not an insane item by any means and its bugged rn meaning it doesnt give you all 5 strength stacks when it should but it does still have niche uses.

  4. It's a crime what hirez did to nemean lion. "It's not fair that adcs get punished for hitting you". It's not fair I build tank and get melted by 6 Rama auto because they built Qin sais and executioner.

  5. I think midgardian mail is supremely underrated bc it’s the only attack speed reduction item that will stack with other attack speed reduction. In this heavy hunter meta it’s been over performing for me. Grab that with a horrific and you should be winning every team fight against attack speed heavy lineups.

  6. nice video, watched the whole thing. learned a lot about the starters honestly, i never really built sigil or thought that highly of bluestone but wow. and i usually build charon’s a lot in like slash but, it seems a better alternative would just be ob shard and myrrdin. also the doom orb not being as substantial as i thought.. overall, learned a lot, enjoyed the watch, and was easy to follow along with. Great video man

  7. Sundering axe is actually quite bad. Warriors Axe steals 30 + 1.5*level true damage from the enemy. This equates to 60 true damage late game, which is guaranteed damage/healing no matter the enemy's health. Say you have sundering axe with a total of 300 protections from items now. 2% of 300 is 6 giving you a total steal of 8%. Hitting an enemy at 2500 HP means that this steals 200 HP. However, this 200 is only stolen if the enemy is at full HP which means that at 50% HP you're already only stealing 100 HP, 40 more than Warriors Axe. Obviously you can have more protections than this and the enemy can have more HP but in most cases you're getting about twice the damage out of sundering axe compared to warriors, which is laughable compared to most other starter upgrades. Add on the fact that Heroes gives 30 more protections and 300 health you're almost never better off getting sundering.

Taking increased damage is not a thing anymore, if youre building rangdas youre going full power, and in doing so its exactly the same as lonos mask which you JUST went over literally seconds before this, and rangdas works the EXACT same way, so in the end you literally dont take ANY more damage that you would with any other starter, like cmon man, its not a great item but just pretending it still works like old rangdas when you literally just went over how new lonos works which is the exact same way new rangdas works, like cmon man
    51:34 wtf are you smoking? Bancrofts is an EASY slot for aa mages. The 3 main rings, hecate, demonic for pen, and telkhines for more damage, then nimble bancrofts as well as typhons since you have both hecate and bancrofts, plus auto attacks give 100% of your lifesteal as healing, unlike abilities so lifesteal is insanely powerful, and you STILL have whatever else you want in your last slot, and youre already at or nearly at attack speed cap, like bancroft i would even call a core item on aa mages. I mean honestly what other items would you call more important? You want that typhons cuz your healing is insane for an aa god, and magicals have the most powerful ones and thats your main tool in beating hunters, is outhealing them, and hecate alone would not justify typhons, but nimble bancrofts is perfect in every way, AND gives even more lifesteal in power the lower you get, so in a boxing match with a hunter its hard af for them to win, like its straight up god tier for them

  9. LARGE SUPPORT PLAYER RANT:
    i wanted to ask if you could make a video on your thoughts about the support role and how it could be improved. Personally as a casual support main, more often than not i feel like 80% of my role is just bailing my teammates out for any mistakes they make, even preforming a kamikaze just so my level 17 hunter that apparently taped their W and left mouse-button down doesn't give away their lead.
    Another thing that bothered me is i don't feel like i have place on the map. the duo lane turns into the hunter lane quite quickly and the jungle is obviously for the jungler, so im often just lingering around teammates sapping their farm. even my support buff is regularly dropped without my presence so i rarely get to take that.
    some changes id like to make is bringing the support buff closer to lane like back camps and make them easier to kill as a support (supposedly checking if you had a support starter). that way i can get the buff either myself or with the jungler while im rotating between duo and mid lane. Also the little chalice things that spawn in the jungle (forgot their name, the things that fill up the trebuchet bar) seems great for helping me rotate and giving me a small objective. i think something more along the lines of solo lane totem could be nice so i have a personal objective (tho the jungler would probably end up stealing it).
    Getting my own farm is essentially a core idea id like for being a support because not only could it help supports be less behind but also in my experience while other roles exist with specific objectives and options in mind the support player largely exist to augment other players experience. Take away the other segments of the map and the solo lane for example still has a lane they need to win, a clear opponent, objectives like tower and totems make the experience more like a duel game but if you did the same for support theres really nothing left to do.
