Those fines are 100% CBA chips. NFLPA should then start asking for things like earned shares in the teams they play for and refusing to play in future stadiums built with taxpayer money. If the NFL wants to bring in a bunch of BS the players should counter.

What if the money from the fine goes to the player that was hit. Money stays in the player ecosystem, and for legit dirty hits the player has a little extra money when he regains consciousness.
