no. i hate m theory, if you say the 4th dimension is time, then you have to cover the other 8 ‘dimensions’. the real 4th and 5th dimensions are more space. we live in 3d, as in 3 spatial dimensions and 1 time dimension.
Time is not the distinct difference between the 3rd and 4th dimensions. Obviously, we have time in our 3rd dimension… Plus, your video shows spacial/directional dimensions so this reference to time can be confusing. We will never be able to perceive a 4th dimension. The tesseract you showed is what the SHADOW of a 4D cube would look like. Overall, really cool stuff!

You mean a single atom? And 1D is the sharpest thing in the world. It’s a one atom, thick, tungsten rod and 2D is Graffine it’s all one at some thick graphite, and everything else is 3-D.
How I explain it is the dimension is made up of the previous one so 0 dimension is just a point and the 1st dimension it is a line made of those the 2nd dimension is made up of lines 3rd dimension is made up of the shapes from the 2nd and so on and so forth

When an object(4D) travels along the fourth dimension it passes through infinite 3d worlds hence the volume and shape changes.
Us humans are pretty much fixed in our fourth dimension coordinate.

0, 1 and 2 dimensional objects are impossible to imagine as well. 0 dimensional objects do not occupy any plane we can see or imagine. One dimensional lines has zero thickness which means it is invisible by definition.
Two dimensional surfaces also have zero thickness. Just to see a 2 dimensional surface, it needs to project photons on the 3rd dimension, it will also have two sides, meaning it exists on 3 dimensional or higher space.
People say imagine a plane with length and width only, and it can extend on those two dimensions, without realizing there is nothing to extend. Extend what? an object with zero thickness?
Thus, all surfaces and lines, however thin are actually 3 dimensional.
Whenever we give examples of 1 and 2 dimensional by imagining lines and surfaces we cheat and imagine a line or surface with some visible thickness.
Also, at the fundamental level all particles exist within the three spacial and one time dimensional fields that permeates the universe. Photons are excitations in electro-magnetic field, electrons are excitations in electric fields etc; So, the existence of lower dimensional objects is not possible even in imagination.

No that’s not right sam. The tessaract vission of the 4th dimmension has nothing to do with time. Its simply yet another spacial direction where the new direction (the 4th one) just like all the previous ones, create a line that is 90 degrees perpendicular to all other previous lines. The tessaract changes simply because it rotating not because it has anything to do with time
