  1. Hi Jenny & Zoe, just catching up on Tues morning. Re issues with Ollies Trains' Heljan cl.14, mine is one of the early ones (D9521), has a clicking from the jackshaft if pulling heavy trains, but not catching the cab steps! The real thing had such a long rigid wheelbase, so does the model struggle on tight curves? Charming little model though, I'm just glad mine wasn't £140+..

  2. Another great stream just caught up on it. Been having your early live streams playing in the background while on the layout. it's amazing how some of the models youve mentioned in those early streams are actually on the market now W1 hush hush, gt3, the fell, lickey banker on the way etc. Keep up the good work hope and Zoe is feeling better soon.

  3. Lovely memories. I remember exciting trips to Beatties of Holborn in the early 80s on the tube from our house in Ealing with a couple of month’s worth of pocket money. Fun times. It was the most amazing place to me as a teenager and I could spend hours there

  4. It's easy to say that Amazon changed the high street, they used their tax avoidance model to make very high untaxed profits at the expense of often small business who paid their taxes. Then once they saw off their competition they put their prices up, a private monopoly which exploits tax loop holes and their employees is not something to aspire too.
