  1. Ultra Necrozma is actually way stronger than regular Necrozma, it’s stated to be more powerful than any previous legendary which makes it above the creation trio

Also most of this is hideous downplay

  2. Most pokemon aside from the creation trio and necrozma don't even get above planetary.
Deoxys is planetary (this is a highball again, as the meteor that was going to destroy the earth was not deoxys himself).
Rayquaza is planetary (shown no feats of anything higher, best feats are all continental to planetary)
Zygard is country level (it's best feats come from the anime, so this is quite frankly a highball).
Eternatus is country level (the darkest day only threatened and effected one regoin).
Ash Greninja is wall level, i dont think they're champions aces that have done city level feats).
Pokemon is pretty well grounded into reality when it comes to power scaling. (If you ignore some bs Gen 1-3 pokedex entries that are wildly inconsistent, ex machamp, gardevoir, magcargo).

  3. City nah. Remember in Manga Lance's Dragonair was city level. Considering this is a Champion level pokémon, it's almost country level okay maybe not but you get the drill.
Zygarde is Protector of the Earthly ecosystem and secondly I wanna know in what universe is Mega Ray Ray Multi Solar.

  4. I can easily get arceus to high outer, he’s above the concepts of space and dimensionality, meaning no matter how complex and high the dimensions scale. It would transcend them. And this is just an aspect of arceus. You could add an immeasurable amount of dimensions and it’d still infinitely transcend them
