2. I wanted to start a pet-sitting business and I was wondering if it would be a sin to watch a pet on the Sabbath (I know weekends are the busiest time for pet sitters)? I know it is not the same as caretaking for a person on the Sabbath. However, I really want to keep the Sabbath holy. Thank you for helping me with my question. Is it a sin to pet-sit on the Sabbath?
3. I have been helping a homeless person for the last 3 to 4 months. There have been times this person has made accusations against me and I have moved them out, but they apologized to me and I took them back in. I am ridiculed and condemned because of what I am doing but regardless of the accusations that were made of me, Jesus says to forgive 70 x 7. How can those that claim to be Christians not help someone beyond what they were wronged for and feel good about themselves? Am I wrong in the fact that Jesus helped everyone and looked down on no one? Are there certain people Jesus didn’t help?

5. Is cooking on the Sabbath by the hospitality department, for fellowship lunch, a sin? Or breaking the Sabbath?
6. Romans 11:26 says: And so all Israel shall be saved as it is written…. Does this literally mean that all Jews will be saved? Will all Jews be saved?
7. If sin is quarantined to Earth, why do destructive things happen in space that we now see proof of with telescopes? Asteroids hitting planets, volcanoes, stars dying, etc?
8. Is it a sin to wear jewelry of any kind, even if it’s not made out of diamond, gold, or silver? I’ve had my ears pierced since I was a little baby. Through the years, I’ve worn small studs, big hoops, necklaces, and bracelets; some were of precious metals while others were made of beads. I’m not particularly flashy but I do enjoy jewelry to help accent my outfits! Is it a sin to wear jewelry?
9. I am a Christian but I’ve been out of God’s way for about 3 months. I recently started to smoke cigarettes among other things. I pray and I see my prayers being answered. Does that mean that God is still listening to me? Is God still listening to me?

11. I am fairly new to the 7th day Sabbath teaching. I have seen where some teachings on the New Moon and Lunar Sabbath. The Lunar Sabbath teachings say that keeping Sabbath on Saturday isn’t biblical and one of the reasons was that the Gregorian calendar is pagan and not the calendar God gave us. Can you please help me? I am confused. When is the true Sabbath?
12. John 3:5 states that unless a man is born of water and of the spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of God. What about those who never have the opportunity to be baptized due to circumstances beyond their control? They believe very much in their heart but did not get baptized. Will the unbaptized go to Heaven?

I board dogs and my work is just loving them and feeding them and giving them a home environment, and their owners have peace of mind and can enjoy their vacations or whatever. They are very grateful. I don't make much money, but it is worth it to provide this service of love and sacrifice. I get to meet a lot of people and actually do witnessing. I work through an agency and am not involved in the literal exchange of money after the stay. You cannot provide this service without taking in dogs on the weekends.
Yeah I forget which 2 ladies it was but when Jesus was at their house 1 was worshiping him at his ' in the other 1 was doing chores and things and she got upset at the ladies and she said Jesus would you tell her to help me I don't know that's what I thought of when Ryan was talking about The sabbath and which you shouldn't should not do in the preparation of the food before hands and so-on

@Ryan Day. You are totally wrong in your answer to taking care of animals on the Sabbath. It is no different than house sitting. Caring for animals on the Sabbath for someone else is not wrong it is a responsibility. If you were babysitting on the Sabbath, for a brother, sister, fellow human being does not qualify as a sin. People house sit and take care of animals for extended time. Maybe you didn't understand that question.
@Jill Morikone, You speak truth but you do not understand addiction nor do you understand how God works in everyone else's life. Do not give up on God!!!! I struggled with alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and caffeine since I was a teenager and God delivered me again and finally when I was 62. I am 67 now and the struggle with caffeine finally 5 months ago. Just remember God said He will never leave you or forsake you. Keep going to God for deliverance. Cling to God's Word and remember, Jesus Christ died for you personally. Many have food addictions and anger issues (which is selfish pride), and we all have sinned and fall short of the Lord Jesus Christ. Most common addiction is to make excuses for ourselves.
As Adventist are we being hypocritical by taking advantage of people who must work on the SABBATH so we can keep it , There is work that has to be done on the Sabbath to keep this modern world going, there a certain things that cannot be closed that must be kept going 24 – 7 , so how do we look upon people who are not Adventist yet work on the Sabbath so we benefit by them working ,
To Ryan Day. Will you please explain Roman 14: 5-6, 13 – 16 and how it doesn't contradict your answers about Sabbath and also about foods acceptable to God. Maranatha
