What if The Covenant from Halo Invaded The Star Wars Galaxy? Let’s explore the depths of it in the video.

But before we begin, shout out to our channel Sith Lords: sithlord906, Melly Kruger, and Steven Balkovec. We appreciate you.

Prophet of Truth: Your destruction is the will of the gods and we shall be their
instrument.

That message plays nonstop as the Home One survey the ruins of the Imperial Fleet. This was just one of many recent encounters across Wild Space since the arrival of the mysterious alien empire. They soon began attacking rebels as well.

They weren’t satisfied with just wiping out military targets, the Covenant had also rained destruction down on entire worlds as well, turning them to glass.

Just as the Home One finishes salvaging what remains and picking up survivors, ten Covenant ships emerge from the darkness of space.

Ackbar: Defensive formations. All ships prepare for battle.

Leia: Hang on, their flagship is hailing us.

Han: Scoffs. Probably just to gloat. We best get out of here.

Luke: Wait, I wanna see what they have to say.

The ship receives the transmission and reveals the mutilated visage of R’tas Vadum. One of the imperial survivors, General Veers, surges to his feet.

Veers: Wait, those aren’t Covenant!

Luke: What do you mean? Those are Covenant ships.

Veers: Yes, but the Covenant forces we fought don’t look like that on the ground. They aren’t big lizards, they look closer to apes.

R’tas: The human is correct, we are not Covenant. At least not anymore. My name is R’tas Vadum, Fleetmaster of the Fleet of Retribution. We are here hunting the Covenant as well.

Leia: Alright, we’re listening.

Ackbar: General, this could be a trap.

Luke: No, I sense the honesty in the Fleetmaster’s words. We’ll hear what you have to say.

R’tas: Understood.

Soon, a ship arrives, bearing R’tas Vadum and the Arbiter Thel’ Vadam accompanied by a trio of humans, Miranda Keyes, Sergeant Johnson, and Master Chief.

Luke: Surprised. What are humans doing with the Covenant?

Arbiter: That is a long story, our alliance is built on mutual survival. Perhaps the construct can help explain things.

343 Guilty Spark explains that the Covenant has appeared in their galaxy in search of the Ark. He explains how this is a control room for a weapon of mass destruction that can wipe out all life in the Milky Way. But the Covenant believes it is some sort of religious site and hopes by activating it, they will ascend to godhood.

Han: That’s insane. This station can do all of that. We can’t let these aliens use it.

Miranda: On the contrary, they don’t have the key. Only a Reclaimer, a human, can activate the Halo Array.

Leia: Hang on, if only humans can activate these devices, why do the Covenant hate humanity so much?

Arbiter: Because the Prophets, have built their rule as being our religious leaders. To have another species able to do what they cannot is a threat to their powers so they deemed humanity heretical and must be wiped out.

Master Chief: That’s our story. Now what’s happening here?

Veers: Everything you say seems to line up with what I’ve encountered. The Covenant emerged from the edges of known space and began wiping out any human presence. They have mainly on expanding their defensive cordon.

Ackbar: In the worlds they don’t wipe out, the Covenant has also begun recruiting allies. Non-human races were being conscripted into their armies. They even reached out to me.

R’tas: That is why we need your help. The fleet I brought with me is too small to challenge the Covenant’s might. We will need allies to reach the Ark.

Leia: We’ve seen what these monsters have done to the worlds they find, I think I can convince the Rebel Alliance to help.

Veers: It will not be easy, but there are those within the Empire who might listen to reason. Let me try speaking to them.

Miranda: We can go to present our case.

Although far from ideal, the rebels don’t have much choice and allow Veers, Han, Luke, Miranda, Master Chief, the Arbiter, and Johnson to head to the empire. Meanwhile, R’tas, and Ackbar will begin gathering their forces for the offensive.

Veers takes them to Endor where the Death Star II is under construction. Han’s eyes widen as he sees the massive battle station being constructed.

Chewbacca: Roars.

Arbiter: Tell your Jiralhanae to calm himself.

Miranda: That’s some space ball you got there.

Han: Yup, with enough power to turn a planet into dust.

Veers: My fleet was sent from this station. The last I heard, the emperor was supposed to come here.

Using Veer’s security codes, they manage to get the Millennium Falcon inside. But as they dock, a squad of stormtroopers arrive to secure the ship. At their head is Darth Vader with his lightsaber ready.

  1. Personally I think the Covenant would do a good job if they showed up during the Clone Wars. They’d likely align with many alien races and they’d probably ditch the Droids. Then they’d go after the Republic.

  2. Love it! But the only extra thing that I believe would happen is that the second the Death Star fires it’s laser the ark would retaliate by sending all of its sentinels to defend itself, like what we saw on Halo Wars 2

  3. With there being no forerunner artifacts the covenant are free to go all in without being careful not to destroy said artifacts also should of been the covernant when the elites were still with them kinda lame having the elites on the star wars side

  4. Just my opinion but this should've just been a straight covenant invasion and take over, no halo and no unsc. Would be interesting to see a 3 way war where the sith and jedi aren't as useful as they'd normally be, especially since the covenant is far more capable against laser/plasma weaponry than ballistic fire.

  5. Why do I have the feeling that the mere idea of the Covenant being in the SW universe that would not only give the Sith a run for their money but is also a very bad thing for everyone involved. Plus it’s nice to see you do a Halo x Star Wars ‘what if’ because the UNSC, the Covenant and the entire Halo universe would fit perfectly well within the SW universe…in the most beautiful way possible. Plus Master Chief, Cortana, Arbiter, Miranda and Johnson would be very good friends with Luke, Leia, Han and Chewie. The Covenant are one of my all time favourite sci-fi organizations in Sci-Fi history with such amazing characters and it was nice to see you include them and other Halo characters and groups like the UNSC and the Swords of Sangheilios in this amazing ‘what if’ story. Also, the Arbiter and Master Chief show of power was just beautiful. 23:3024:40 gotta love the Halo music used for that escape sequence. Plus the voices for Admiral Ackbar, Leia, Han, Luke, Vader, Palpatine, Arbiter, Rtas’Vadam, Johnson, Miranda and Master Chief were just amazing.

I do have a few ideas for some possible what if’s:

    1) What if Rey was a Mandalorian…essentially what if Din Djarin found Rey and took her in as a Foundling.

    2) What if Ezra was a Mandalorian…something like how both his parents were Mandalorians who left Mandalore and went to start their own lives (you could still keep most of Ezra’s backstory) and potentially make Ezra and Sabine a couple (since Disney won’t, we have too…#ezrabine4ever.

    3) What if Jango Fett and/or Boba Fett Joined the Republic…I think something interesting could happen with this.

    4) What if Rey, Finn and Poe went back in time to the Clone Wars…this would make the World Between Worlds even more of an important focal point and I could also see them get along well with Anakin, Ashoka, Rex and the rest of the 501st (it would be fun to see Rey, Finn and Poe join the 501st)

I hope these are some amazing ideas for some potential What if’s

  6. what if the alexander kerensky and thestar league exodus fleet (battletech/mechwarrior), ended up in the star wars galaxy.
    1. Centuries before phantom menace giving them time to build their own nation before events.
    2. Around the time of the phantom menace

  7. What If on Halo 3's final mission the portal on the Ark sends the Forward unto Dawn carrying Master Chief, Cortana and Arbiter (all together, two or one depending if the ship splits or not) A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away . . . . Star Wars (or to be more specific at the start or little before the Phantom Menace) Read more of the story below!?!

SWPM option 1, Arbiter: The front half of the Forward unto Dawn carrying Arbiter teleports into the Star Wars galaxy at speed, passes the Trade Federation blockade, who are left wondering WTF was that, but of course turn their attention to another approaching ship ( Qui Gon Jinn / Obi Wan Kenobi journey stays the same for now … ) Arbiter crashes into the ocean or large lake on the planet of Naboo, after salvaging what he can and escaping the sinking wreck Arbiter sets off in search of civilization … only at first to find Jar Jar Binks !?! … After setting up camp for the night and having something to eat ( either human ration packs salvaged from the F.U.D | or some form of creature that Arbiter would be able to catch/eat ) lured by the smell of food Jar Jar " Attempts " to sneak up! … Only to get caught (detected via Arbiters hunter/warrior senses … that or his motion tracker) after a lot of begging/bargaining Arbiter takes pity on him and offers Jar Jar a deal, guide him to the "Human" capital of Naboo in exchange for food/protection/how to better fend for himself ! (Jar Jar of course would accept this offer, what with being banished from going home for being clumsy) along the way perhaps they'll find a crashed but still operational Warthog (which is worse, trusting Jar Jar to drive or shoot? … errr best to just put him in the passenger seat!) after some time driving through the jungle they'll come under attack from scouts of the droid invasion, Arbiter hits the brakes and jumps on the turret and takes out the scouts, hearing the sounds of combat the JEDI head over to investigate and provide assistance … Arbiter seeing what looks like "Humans" approaching starts asking What, Where, When, Why !?! … The JEDI being just as baffled about this new situation offer to answer / help the best they can in exchange for a ride! … ( JJ will likely call Arbiter " Arby " for short throughout the story )

SWPM option 2, Chief / Cortana: The back half of the Forward unto Dawn carrying Chief / Cortana teleports into from their perspective a unknown region of space! Cortana of course will start running scans of the area and drop a beacon for potential rescue (for about 4 years, 7 months, 10 days she won't be suffering from rampancy yet) … oh would you look at that its the ship that Qui Gon Jinn/ Obi Wan Kenobi are traveling on, after introducing themselves / explaining their situation the JEDI will ask if MC/C would like to accompany them to the planet of Naboo or wait for them or another ship to give them a tow?

1a) If they stay some time later the JEDI will send a message saying the CIS have just attempted to kill them, rather than being sitting ducks, Cortana uses what control they have over the F.U.D to steer it to Naboo for a controlled crash landing, if the Trade Federation blockade is able to detect MC's life sign, Cortana will activate the remaining F.U.D weapons to fend off any attacking Vulture droids and leave via one of many escape pods launched at once!

1b) If they leave with the JEDI, the F.U.D will be left behind for now, and potentially get caught in Naboo's gravitational pull and crash there, when arriving at the Trade Federation blockade MC/C will have another two choices:

2a) Stay in ship until what should be " short negotiations " are over! … outcome: ship gets blown up with MC/C just about escaping the blast or bursts out of the wreckage like a Demon to the bewilderment of the battle droids!

2b) Join the JEDI in the meeting to introduce themselves to this new galaxy or pretend to be acting security! … outcome: oh boy, if the CIS were spooked about JEDI showing up in the original story, what are going to think Chief is … Mandalorian perhaps ( they won't know anything about Cortana yet ) When Lord Sidious gives the order " kill them immediately " so the Trade Federation blows up the horse they rode in on and " try " to gas the JEDI / Chief … pfffft ha ha ha ha HAHAHAHAHAHAHA cue the song (Unyielding Soul) whichever scenario plays they link up and fight their way to the bridge! Unfortunately with MC likely only carrying a H3 Assault rifle, H3 Magnum pistol and maybe some grenades at the time, it may not be enough to deal with the Droidika's shields, leading to the group needing to sneakoff the ship … but not before causing a "little" distraction via shutting off / damaging ship systems / trigger the ship self destruct / maybe even reprogram the droids (If Cortana can hack Covenant/Forerunner tech I'm sure she won't have a problem with the tech in Star Wars … assuming there is a console/access port they can hack)

SWPM option's 1/2 combined: When combining these perspectives most details stay the same, with the exception of Chief / Cortana telling the JEDI that Arbiter is about to crash-land on the planet of Naboo (or already has) they'll also be able to keep in contact with Arbiter via COM's until the Trade Federation blocks communications!

SWPM option 3, the Forward unto Dawn doesn't split ! Aside from a few scratch's , dents , scorch marks the F.U.D is ready for a another great journey !?! hahahaha get it 🙂

SWPM option 4, sgt major Avery Johnson also made it " HOORAH " AJ: "When I joined the Corp, we didn't have any fancy-schmanzy glow sticks or magic tricks ! We had sticks ! Two wooden sticks and a rock for the whole platoon – and we had to throw the rock using our bare hands !"

What if the slip space bomb sent Jorge Noble 5 ( as well as, the Corvette he was in, Sabers still parked up top, the mid section of the ship Long Night of Solace caught in the blast and any surviving Covenant crew ) at the start or little before Star Wars the Phantom Menace or New Hope

What if the ship Pillar of Autumn from the start of Halo CE slip space jumped into the events of Star Wars Phantom Menace / New Hope, optional followed and arriving before them Thel Vadam's Covenant Fleet ( Quote from Captain Keyes: * Sigh * We made a blind jump, how did they- Cortana: Get here first, the Covenant ships have always been faster! )

What if the ship Spirit of Fire from Halo Wars instead of slingshotting around the sun to escape the destruction of the shield world, they instead opt to go through a random portal which teleports them too Star Wars Phantom Menace / New Hope

  8. Mass effect cross over during clone wars ? Also it would be cool to continue one of these what ifs since there are many comics both from marvel dark horse images etc in legends so you could show many era's even from games.
