Not long ago I came across a scenario – I don't recall what format, I don't think it was a fic, but it was written – that held the idea that despite the peaceful stance, Satine was not actually Dar-Manda, in that she directed her Mandalorian spirit in a method that was not weapons first. The thing is she was surrounded by pacifists, so people think she is exactly the same as them, until a confrontation has her pulling out her mandokarla.
This story kinda reminds me of that, as Satine is a strong-willed character, and it just depends on if any given fic is charitable of her, or "Not Satine Friendly" which way the strength runs.
What if Ahsoka was promoted to the rank of master before Anakin?
It shouldn’t be possible, but the idea of the counsel disrespecting Anakin to that degree would be interesting to see. He would certainly fall to the dark side faster.
A few other ideas;
What if Anakin was bought by the people of Kamino? Obviously when he was still a slave.
What if Anakin killed the father, son, and daughter? (Not sure if that’s even possible. And if it is, not sure if that would severely damage the force or whatever.)
I like to think as the Jedi were evacuating coruscant they saw palpatine wip two sabers and fights like 50 high tier droids before a building was blown up under and over him pancaking him to death… And it being like HUH!? moment
but it would not really matter anymore since well the war and greivous
