What if Revan Became Emperor, NOT Palpatine? Let’s explore the depths of it in the video.

Revan observes the pirate stronghold from his position on a nearby hill. He watches them work before making his way down, marching onto the makeshift barricades that were laid out before them. As he gets closer, a sentry alerts the pirates inside who all hurry out with their blasters ready.

Revan stops and allows them to surround him as their leader brandishes an electro-staff.

Hondo: Alright, alright that’s far enough. We’ve had enough business dealing with laser sword-wielding maniacs today.

Revan: Fair enough. Consider this a downpayment.

He reaches for his credits and drops them to the ground.

Hondo: A downpayment for what exactly?

Revan: Why, for all the good you’re about to do for me. It seems like you’ll need the money to repair your fortress. Were they Jedi or Sith?

Hondo: Sith, two horny-headed men. They tried to make off with my men. Can you believe that?

Revan: Really? Madness. They only tried to get a few of you instead of the whole army?

Hondo: What are you getting at, Jedi?

Revan: Just a statement of facts. You men are skilled if you were able to fight two Sith, but you’ve also fallen on hard times. Do you think those will pass? The war is drawing to a close and you may find yourself experiencing greater scrutiny unless you have powerful friends.

Hondo: Like you? And yet you stand here alone.

The ancient Jedi smiles in response and suddenly a dozen blaster shots flicker out from behind, knocking the blaster out of a dozen pirates’ hands. HK-47 steps out of a boulder, holding a smoking blaster that he brandishes around, daring anyone else to challenge him.

Revan: If you don’t believe my strength, then let’s make a wager. I will give you HK-47, my servant droid to help you in your…business. If you do not see triple your profits in a month, you can keep him…and this. But if you do, well then you might want to consider my offer.

He takes his lightsaber from his belt and absently tosses it in the air. Hondo stares at the weapon with hungry eyes, already picturing himself with that weapon. The pirate captain readily agrees to that deal.

HK-47: Warning: Very well, master. I will serve the dirty meatbags, but if you ever refer to me as a servant droid again, I will be forced to murder you in your sleep.

Revan: Love you too buddy.

True to his word, HK-47 proves to be a useful asset to the Hondo Ohnaka gang. Revan secretly loaded him up with a list of potential targets from rich merchants, transports from large corporations, and ships from rival gangs.

But aside from that, HK-47 proves to be a deadly fighter on his own. This provides them with a sudden windfall of weapons, credits, spice, and other commodities that Hondo can use to rebuild his base. All while Revan watches from a distance, observing his progress.

By the end of the month, Hondo and his crew managed to get more than five times what they usually find in the time, leaving them fully in favor of the alliance with Revan.

Hondo: Alright, alright you made your point. I’ve never been one to choke on pride when there is profit in the air. You want to work with us, alright just tell me what your plan is.

Revan: As I said in our first meeting. The war is drawing to a close and after that, piracy will soon become more difficult. We must be prepared to alter our strategy.

Hondo: What do you suggest? Going legit? Becoming Privateers for one side? The Republic is looking like it will win.

Revan: No, I do not think so. There is more going on than meets the eye. I believe if we are to survive, it must be on our faction. One strong enough to stand against the victor. Will you follow me.

Hondo: You helped us rebuild our base, I suppose we owe you.

HK-47: Response: This base is just the beginning. What my master proposes is creating a third faction.

As the pirates continue their raids, Revan continues looking at the maps of the war, studying battles across the galaxy. While most are done by droids and clones, those do not interest him. He instead focuses on those in between, planetary forces and local resistance groups who have their agendas. Although the CIS ostensibly claims to be fighting for independence, the real power is with the CIS council who are more interested in exploitation than liberty. Meanwhile, even worlds loyal to the Republic chafe under its rule.

Revan has Hondo and HK-47 launch raids on these places with large planetary forces and requisitions some of the loot taken by Hondo. Rather than let these weapons gather dust in armories, he sends them out to different resistance cells, putting them to good use.

It soon bears fruits as groups on Ryloth, Onderon, and Quarzite offer to forge ties with Revan. Perhaps his most ambitious target though is Umbara which

  19. I think it's crazy Revan speaks with Hondo Onaka and gives him HK-47 when he is on Florrum, and he gets Maul, Savage, and Dooku to side with him when he took Mandalore over, and Satine shares that Palpatine working with Dooku and Revan lets the Jedi live as peacekeepers.

  29. What if Revan (Revan Reborn) wasn't found in stasis by the republic until the first year of the clone wars? That would mean that Revan in his prime would be alive and well, and Darth Vitiate's spirit would still be dormant since Revan didn't awake his spirit at Yavin.

Why do I have the feeling that the mere idea of Revan becoming Emperor instead of Palpatine would not only give the Sith a run for their money but is also a very bad thing for everyone involved…specifically their enemies. Plus it’s nice to see an amazing ‘what if’ centered around Revan becoming emperor because for some reason it just makes sense for Revan becoming emperor and use it to turn himself into one of the most powerful warriors and individuals ever because I always felt that these he’s one of the strongest characters in SW history and is just so beneficial in so many ways and he would definitely conquer any challenge that’s thrown his way because his enemies wouldn’t stand a chance against a battle hardened warrior and it would fit perfectly well within the SW universe. Plus, who doesn’t love a good Revan adventure…afterall a badass and LEGENDARY Jedi becoming emperor is just so beautiful. Also Revan, HK and Bastilla make for a powerful trio. Plus Revan would definitely fit well as emperor…he would feel very comfortable in the role. The battle between Grievous and HK was glorious. Also the voice acting for Revan, HK-47, Grievous, Hondo, Satine, Maul, Savage, Vizla, Dooku and Palpatine was just amazing. A great way to kick off 2025. I definitely want to see more videos where Revan just proves why he’s the GOAT and have some fun adventures. Great job as always and I can’t wait to see what you do next.     I do have a few ideas for some possible what if’s:

    1) What if Rey was a Mandalorian…essentially what if Din Djarin found Rey and took her in as a Foundling.

    2) What if Ezra was a Mandalorian…something like how both his parents were Mandalorians who left Mandalore and went to start their own lives (you could still keep most of Ezra’s backstory) and potentially make Ezra and Sabine a couple (since Disney won’t, we have too…#ezrabine4ever.

    3) What if Jango Fett and/or Boba Fett Joined the Republic…I think something interesting could happen with this.

    4) What if Rey, Finn and Poe went back in time to the Clone Wars…this would make the World Between Worlds even more of an important focal point and I could also see them get along well with Anakin, Ashoka, Rex and the rest of the 501st (it would be fun to see Rey, Finn and Poe join the 501st)

    I hope these are some amazing ideas for some potential What if’s

I haven't seen this one yet, but I must caution you at this point: When you first brought in Revan, I loved it and thought he was a cool dude, but the more you kept putting him in and having him dominate everything with ease, the more I began to be put off with him, starting to find him to be an insufferable Gary Stu.

    Why not change pace and have him be the villain and be defeated by Anakin for a change?

    Or, similarly, you could have Sidious or Dooku somehow summon Exar Khan or something and also have Revan awaken in the PT timeline and actually give Revan a REAL challenge.

    Or you could have Son escape from Mortis and challenge him. Or Abeloth.

    I know Revan is likely your favorite, but Pente Patrol has Plo as one of his favorite, and from time to time, he kills off Plo Koon.
