Hey apollo i have idea as it was action, drama and comedy movie in which naruto have powers of both naruto universe and DC Universe and Percy Jackson universe as this idea is can fully cover in 2hr movie or 2 parts short movies.
Story plot-
In element nations timeline after the first great ninja war and before 2nd great ninja war. A first powerful and immortal mutant ( a mutant or humen who potential to godhood) reach born who name was naruto namikaze who was born in simple but rich merchant family in konoha. Naruto was born with powerful chakra and body that is invincible, and ability to fly and super speed and super strength and durability, all elements manipulation, weather and sky manipulation, telepathy, and super mind can make him learn anything be language, economic and politics and war tactis and fighting style.
Since childhood naruto dream was to be strongest above all and be shinobi so he enroll in academy but tragically his parents killed by kumo shinobi durring business trip, as in age of 6 he had become orphan but he graduated early with sakumo hatake, tsunade senju, Jiraiya, orochimaru, as during that time Tobirama senju who was alive and was 2nd hokage noticed this genius and powerful kid naruto decided to train him because in naruto he see both hashirama and madara, both light to his people and darkness to his enemy,
Naruto dream has changed he want to bring peace so no one can feel pain and also naruto know from history that kindness alone is not answer as he saw that hashirama was strongest but was kind but his kindness and naive thinking coast first great ninja war and naruto resolve himself that greed and jealousy of humanity will forever rage conflicts , thus naruto decided to bring peace through strength and fear,.
During his that time tsunade senju who had crush on naruto since academy started fall in love with naruto and durring that time her grandmother mito uzumaki who found out about tsunade love for naruto advice tsunade that naruto is strongest individual who change history but tsunade needs become his light to keep him in right path.
As Tobirama and mito decide to make arrange marriage between tsunade and naruto because tsunade loves naruto and 2nd senju clan is slowly dying out and with naruto senju clan can survive as naruto had become famous for his strength as people started worship or fear him and also started to call him names such as God of sky, mealstrom .
As naruto was trained in all shinobi art such as ninjustu, genjustu, taijustu, finjutsu, weapon skills as naruto can use all weapon but his personal wepon is long spear with axe blades mix in it, as in 2nd shinobi war kumo iwa and kiri secretly with help from greedy fire daimiyo invaded uzushio, as only a little girl kushina uzumaki survived as she arrived at konoha to live with senju family such as Tobirama, mito, nawaki senju, tsunade senju, naruto namikaze, and their son minato senju same age as kushina,
As because of this 2nd great ninja war started as naruto who was facing kiri and iwa and rain country with hanzo himself as naruto massacring both combined armies as well both mu 2nd tsuchikage, gengetsu 2nd Mizukage, hanzo rain kage as naruto defeated and killed both Mizukage and tsuchikage as well humiliated but left alive hanzo because hanzo humiliated his wife tsunade and her teamates in past.
As konoha dominance growing in war because of naruto kumo decided to play political play set up trap to kill or kidnapped naruto Or his loved one with helps from greedy councils of both fire and lighting daimiyo and themselves, but tobirama volunteer with his scout team with hiruzen, danzo, koharu, hamura, kagami, choja akamichi, as kumo attack them but they kept them at bay and summoned naruto by tunder god technic as naruto rescued and killed kumo s rank battalion,
Aa naruto decided to killed fire daimiyo because his also culprits that Uzuhsio and konoha face danger thus naruto started conquered fire nation and started his campaign to smaller nation to conquer them as other big nation understand treat naruto is thus creating peace treaty.
Naruto personality is cold, jokes like Deadpool to his enemy but kind to his family and people,.
But after this another war broke out by Akatsuki and kaguya and her clan as with tentails but naruto fight it and defeated them all but again tragic started slowly happing shinobis start loss chakra but naruto only one remain with its as time pass naruto noticed he can't age or die as his family, grand child started to perished as people started really believe naruto is truly God as naruto then decided to go into hiding in floating mountains in great fort build where naruto put all weapon and scroll of all ninja history and his personal armory, as world started change naruto become deity because of people faith and worship, as naruto become divine figure and myth as calamity happen as world start again as percy universe started from there,
As Titan started rule as Kronos after eaten his 5 children as rhea was with zeus her 6th children as she prey to naruto who story she read in tales and ancient text as naruto rescued zeus and trained him as then naruto again deicide to into hindi nhi and naruto goes to Shinto regin and there he again decided become king of them because they similar tradition to his people and times
