Correction* First KNOWN Primarch to ever die. I don't think ti was ever stated if the other two were killed or put into some kind of prison/stasis/purgatory/etc…

Something you didn't touch on is that during the siege of Terra when Emperor's children started railing the civilians the White Scars legion dedicated a large portion of its forces to counter them. Without the majority of the Emperor's children being present the traitors would have a much harder battle to fight.
Please do examples of psyker powers from each space marine legion.

Since the Emperor is a kind of Divine figure, not only Lorgar Aurelian but also the rest of the Primarchs become religiously devout!
Lorgar Aurelian is the one who founds the Ecclesiarchy with its Holy Orders: Inquisition, Sisters of Battle, Priests, Crusaders and finally (after the Perturabo Heresy) Maccabian Janissaries.
Lorgar Aurelian is like a Warrior Priest of Sigmar, equal to Rogal Dorn and Sanguinius!

Just as Leman Russ is the Emperor's Executioner, Dakuali of the Carcharodons (XI Legion) is the Emperor's Hunter.

Ferrus Manus and Fulgrim face together Konrad Curze (armed with the Laer Blade), however it is the second who perishes, then avenged by the first.
The survival of Ferrus Manus is crucial above all for the protection of his sons, who are thus saved from their future obsession (the machine instead of their own flesh).
And Medusa is defended by the Clan he formed with all the others, the Ironhand Clan.
The color of the World Eaters is not white but it is bronze (examples Angron and the Minotaurs Chapter), the color of the Word Bearers is not grey but it is orange, the color of the Alpha Legion is not green but it is blue, the color of the Night Lords is not blue but it is purple.

You forget that Fulgrim allowed himself to be shot in the head. He knew of the sniper team and as they fired he moved so he'd survive. It was theatrics
Can't imagine the White Scars having less things to shoot at during the seige being bad for the loyalist cause.

If Vulkan didn't get knocked out, he could have soloed most of the assembled traitor forces at Istvann 5.
The traitors get curb stomped if he lives he would have linked up with Gman an sang an the lion an just drag the traitors in to deep water an drown them
