I like the idea of a blind Anakin being more of an academic/philosophical Jedi. It's a neat change for him. I also wonder if he would have adopted a more defensive fighting style as a result of his loss against Dooku using his variation of Form V

What if Shaak Ti and the other Torgruta left with Ahsoka due to how poorly the council treated her.
(This would be a huge wrench in Palpatines plan as a large force of force users would be active and not seen as Jedi as they had left the order, the Torgruta made up a good percentage of the order)
What if Shaak-Ti convinced Anakin to not leave like she tried in the novelization of ROTS?

Anakin disguising himself as a blind homeless man after Order 66 then doing vigilante activities will be a surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one
