Why do people act like order 66 was sent out on an individual basis? It can't have been. If that was the case, it wouldn't have worked. The order caught the Jedi by surprise and masters would have sensed the death if they were the last in line. I know how the movie makes it look, but I'm guessing it flashed back to that second everytime. There is the scene with Yoda but that supports my argument. Why would you give a Jedi master time to realize something is up especially Yoda. If it really was individual and you had to order commanders in every battlefield, that makes Palpatine a stupid individual and the later Jedi who died stupider still. Also, Palps is to dangerous to be kept alive and any sane institution would agree to the death penalty here.
