Dude i am proud of you guys ! As someone that spent half my life in a kitcgen as a Sous & Executive Chef. I watch you go from your little kitchen at home to this commercial kitchen thing and you guys are doing great hang in there it's tiring. U GUYS SHOULD HAVE SEVERAL TRAYS OF A LOT OF SUPER TINY FREE SAMPLES with toothpicks in them of the different major sweets u produce so that people can taste how good they taste and buy some on the spot. Similar to the way Costco has a free samples station of a food product so people can taste it and buy it at the same time.
