Good on the bosses/managers that have zero tolerance for disrespecting their employees, especially on the basis of appearances, disability, or gender.
I can't possibly imagine how hard it is to live as a little person, but one of my favorite comedians is Brad Williams and I know for a fact that people with dwarfism have big hearts and are deserving of the same respect and dignity everyone else is. Anyone who could maliciously poke fun at someone for being a little person with comments about "Santa's Workshop" or "The Lollipop Guild" deserve to be shown the door. That's something that's not okay. Between friends and in good fun, sure if they're okay with it, but not towards a complete stranger with zero rapport or familiarity.
The pronunciation of "Wojtek" hurt me right in my polish heritage, it's actually pronounced "voy-tek"
But at least you tried Mr narrator!
