Penelope reminds me of both Sansa and Alicent from GOT. With Sansa, both had always dreamed of being with a Prince Charming of their own, only for it to backfire in the end. And for Alicent, both had a difficult time standing up for themselves for those who wronged them but finally have the courage to do it now. And her entrance in the trailer instantly gave me Alicent’s own entrance vibes. And she even wore green too. And all three characters have been badly abused in some way. For Pen, her family low key since they think of her useless, Sansa the Lannisters, and Alicent, her father and husband. And I like all three of those characters, even Alicent.
