This was a very genuine and honest analysis. I commend that. A couple things: The Basement Office never "ended", it just changed direction in light of new evidence. The most recent episode of The Basement Office went up Dec 21, 2023. Also, I was never 100% on UFOs at the Post. I've done a LOT of stuff for them and UFOs was always just one of dozens of other non-related tasks I worked on. Currently, UFOs are about 5%-10% of my assigned responsibilities. Anything UFO related beyond that is done in my own time. Why? Because this story isn't over yet and I want to keep following it. I have so much more to report! Regarding your critique that I have an "agenda". My only agenda is to report unimpeachable facts. Which I feel I have done (since May 2022). The only criticism that matters here is: is my reporting accurate or not? If you feel my reporting is not accurate, please point out an example (with evidence) of what I got wrong. However, if my reporting is accurate (which it is), then perhaps it's simply a hard pill for some folks to swallow. I know it was hard for me to swallow. I was duped and had previously reported a false story. Anyways, I've rambled on. Good show!

I tend to trust Lou Elizondo, but like you, I go back and forth. It is really hard to know what and who to trust when it comes to this phenomenon. I always think of the X-Files when it comes to this stuff… Trust No One. Lol

I can sympathize with Greenstreet for getting het up after realizing he'd been manipulated, and perhaps some of that heat is due to both the natural NYP/NYT rivalry and to Greenstreet's frustration with the lack of rigor used by that rival (which, for all its warts, is still clearly a vital publication) in 2017, but if his goal is to have his reporting taken as seriously as possible then cutting the emotion would be a pretty good first step.

I'm wondering if The Good Trouble show has had something happen. Nothing. 2 weeks. Also I recall an interview where Elizondo describes how he was brought into the program regarding his intelligence background… For security. This would explain a lot. He's not directly involved in any investigation… Only security.. This also explains him being the one to transfer the project safely. I have found the whole Puthoff, Keleher, remote viewing and skin walker ranch bunch really frustrating… No evidence and all hearsay. It's as if.. Yep.. There's a campaign to replace the current standing ufologists…. What's left of them.

As soon as you mentioned Nick Pope and Lou Elizondo, I knew exactly where this was going. Then you throw Chris Mellon, yes, he was being misled and he's been called out by Dr Steven Greer, an actual trustworthy source on this subject. Who often calls them out as government psyop agents working for the military-industrial complex and 'cabal's' narrative, that aliens are an existential threat versus the truth and honest disclosure.
Elizondo is a counterintelligence fraud. Dr Steven Greer, publicly a number of times, had challenged him to a debate under any circumstances Elizondo wanted. Elizondo refused, and then Elizondo seemingly disappeared from the scene for at least a year, so there's a little context you can investigate to helpfully add context.
Greenwald is right there in the end. Behind the scenes that most people aren't aware of is the fact that there are opposing camps. There are the 'white hats' and the 'black hats.' The white hats being the honest, altruistic people that truly just want honest full disclosure. They understand the layers of traps and complexities that are put forth by the government controlled narrative by people like Elizondo, Pope, Mellon, and To the Stars guys. If you get trapped on that side of it, you're not going to be taken seriously by the good white hat side. The side that people trust. It seems to me like he wants to make that distinction. 'I'm not part of this side, I want to be trusted by the white hats' side.' At least, that's what this appears to be to me.
Greenstreet is a disengenous foolish debunker that is most likely a useful idiot for the dod and mic . Hes not even worth listening to. An acolyte of mock west. Dont even bother with his crap because he "knows" the truth without even perusing the evidence. Rubbish reporter,if you can even call him that.
In fact, that story is not new to the people who have followed it throughout all these years. Various of the further "revelations and new information" (min. 12:15) as Greenstreet referred to about that UAP program's contradicting announcements were obtained via FOIA by John Greenewald Jr. (founder and only host of The Black Vault Originals YT podcast). Maybe that's one reason why Elizondo along with his lawyer made strongly harsh, bizarre and infamous offences towards John's persona.

Patrick, I just subscribed to your channel because I appreciate what you're saying and attempting to do with these two videos regarding Greenstreet (et al.). As of yesterday, I'm 76 years old. My life is one of observation, more so than creation or contribution. Speaking as someone who is only just visiting this planet (and probably for not much longer), the problem is deception is not the exception, it is the rule. It is how we are ruled. That's been an observation since first grade, age 6. Verbal and written language itself has its roots in the magical arts of mesmerization, thus "spelling" (as in casting) and "sentences" (as in temporal confinement). I'm impressed with your intention (however nearly ironic given the current context) to keep your focus on the phenomena, rather than internecine conflicts. I once read this quote (which, so far as Google is concerned, must be [like identity itself] a figment of my imagination), "If we can speak from what we know without doubt to be true, then we can communicate." The moment I read it (as a teenager), I was stopped. I asked my (however imaginary) self, "What do I know without doubt to be true?" It is a question I recommend everyone ask themselves in all honesty. At that moment I "saw" my ignorance. It is the human condition. Sartre wrote, "…man is the being through whom nothingness comes into the world.” But did he speak a truth that he knew without doubt? I doubt it. "I think therefore I am," is equally inaccurate. Everything we think we know is wrong precisely because we think we know it. 老子 Lǎozi was closest when they said (paraphrasing), "The truth that can be told is not the eternal truth." I say, "The truth can be known, but never spoken."
The truth of the phenomena can be known, yet not as we are; but as we must become. And to become more than we are, we must no longer assume that we are already. Lies burn up as we see them for what they are.
I would say the Non Human intelligence got to him. Greenstreet fails to understand NHI. He doesnt understand they are tricky. This is exactly what happened to him on Skinwalker Ranch. Greenstreet became a non beliver due to NHI inaction while he was at Skinwalker.

Oh my God, Patrick! I just went back to your video about Greene Street, and continued, watching where I had left off. When I was watching the video of Green Street, explaining his position, being forthright, and explaining that he had found evidence that Luis Elizondo had lied to him, was trying to warp the truths in order for the government to continue to feed into the“corrupt deep black group” that includes the aerospace companies and cherry picked CIA and other government employees who from what I understand, had to swear to keeping the secret, and only saying what they were told to say… Which was, a small part of the truth at the base, and then warp everything else in order to be believable!
I believe that Green Street found out finally, that this dark group was very corrupt, and that “Lou Elizondo“ was just one of their tools, as well as Chris Mellon, which they use to convince whomever they need to, of the partial truth, in order to sound credible, in order to continue with their Cover-up, And keep receiving funds from the Secret government projects !
What I am convinced of now, after watching, probably over 100 hours of information/credible fax, much of which I have checked out, from Stephen Greer, and others… who seem to have the world’s best interest at heart… is this conclusion:
The cover-up is that these groups, beginning during Eisenhower‘s time, Eisenhower, being read into what was going on, but in the end, I was very regretful, that he made that promise, and Even, in his last speech, makes reference to the fact that we have to be careful of a certain part of the government , I don’t remember what the word is, but he makes bad reference to the hiding, dark and dangerous, secrets, or something to that effect . But the way I understand it, beginning at that time, they kept it from most presidents, Reagan knew, partial, or a lot, George Bush Sr, knew a lot, and probably was convinced by those people, that it was best to keep it hidden, so he kept the oath, or whatever you wanna call it, went along with the lie, but later, regretted it, and wanted to come out with the truth, but a particular man was Killed over the coming out/transparency, action, and Bush was reminded of that, and decided not to come out, obviously because he and his family were in great danger, if he went through with it. These corrupt, malignant psychopaths/narcissists, are beyond nothing that we can ever imagine! I wonder how many deaths have occurred, and how many people have been made rich by the bribes!!

I’m so glad you included green straits video, because it’s worth one more, of the confirmations for me, that verify what Dr. Greer has been saying over and over again, and believe me, he has received very deadly threats! But after 30 years, he’s collected enough material, and met enough people, Where he has been able to put in place, extremely good methods of security for himself and his family.
One thing about the technologies that they got from the downed, extra terrestrial crafts, is that a number of times, the aerospace companies that are all in on it as well, I have been able to develop weapons that have been able to down some of these crafts… That’s horrific! And I do believe it’s true, so I’m thinking, why would they want to try to make contact with a civilization that is not only unfriendly to them, but is trying to, without conscience, grab their technology, and destroy the operators inside! They probably think of our civilization, as not to be trusted, and who wouldn’t?
