I would like to share some verses of the Quran describing the birth of Jesus peace and blessings be upon his mother and upon him. English Translation of the Holy Quran, Chapter 19 (Mary) Verses 1-40
In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
1. Kaf, Ha, Ya, Ayn, Saad.
2. A mention of the mercy of your Lord towards His servant Zechariah.
3. When he called on his Lord, a call in seclusion.
4. He said, “My Lord, my bones have become feeble, and my hair is aflame with gray, and never, Lord, have I been disappointed in my prayer to you.
5. “And I fear for my dependents after me, and my wife is barren. So grant me, from Yourself, an heir.
6. To inherit me, and inherit from the House of Jacob, and make him, my Lord, pleasing.”
7. “O Zechariah, We give you good news of a son, whose name is John, a name We have never given before.”
8. He said, “My Lord, how can I have a son, when my wife is barren, and I have become decrepit with old age?”
9. He said, “It will be so, your Lord says, ‘it is easy for me, and I created you before, when you were nothing.’”
10. He said, “My Lord, give me a sign.” He said, “Your sign is that you will not speak to the people for three nights straight.”
11. And he came out to his people, from the sanctuary, and signaled to them to praise morning and evening.
12. “O John, hold on to the Scripture firmly,” and We gave him wisdom in his youth.
13. And tenderness from Us, and innocence. He was devout.
14. And kind to his parents; and he was not a disobedient tyrant.
15. And peace be upon him the day he was born, and the day he dies, and the Day he is raised alive.
16. And mention in the Book [the story of] Mary, when she withdrew from her family to a place toward the east.
17. And she took, in seclusion from them, a screen. Then We sent to her Our Angel [i.e., Gabriel], and he represented himself to her as a well-proportioned man.
18. She said, "Indeed, I seek refuge in the Most Merciful from you, [so leave me], if you should be fearing of Allah."
19. He said, "I am only the messenger of your Lord to give you [news of] a pure boy [i.e., son]."
20. She said, "How can I have a boy while no man has touched me nor am I unchaste?"
21. He said, “Thus said your Lord, ‘It is easy for Me, and We will make him a sign for humanity and a mercy from Us, and it has been a matter already decreed.’”
22. So she conceived him and withdrew with him to a remote place.
23. And the pangs of childbirth drove her unto the trunk of the palm-tree. She said: “I wish I had died before this and had been all forgotten."
24. But he called her from beneath her, "Do not grieve; your Lord has provided beneath you a stream.
25. And shake toward you the trunk of the palm tree; it will drop upon you ripe, fresh dates.
26. So eat and drink and be contented. And if you see from among humanity anyone, say, 'I have vowed to the Most Merciful abstention, so I will not speak today to anyone.'"
27. Then she brought him to her people, carrying him. They said, "O Mary, you have committed something grave indeed.
28. O sister of Aaron, your father was not a man of evil, nor was your mother unchaste."
29. So she pointed to him. They said, “How can we talk to someone who is an infant in the cradle?”
30. He [Jesus] said, "Indeed, I am the servant of Allah. He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet.
31. And He has made me blessed wherever I am and has enjoined upon me prayer and almsgiving as long as I remain alive
32. And [made me] dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me a wretched tyrant.
33. And peace be upon me the day I was born and the day I will die and the day I am raised alive."
34. This is Jesus, the son of Mary – the word of truth about which they are skeptical.
35. Never was it for Allah to have any offspring—Highly Exalted is He; whenever He decrees a matter, He only says to it, “Be,” and it is.
36. "And indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. That is a straight path."
37. But the parties differed among themselves, so woe to those who have denied from the scene of a tremendous Day.
38. How well they shall hear and see on the day they come to Us! But the unjust are today in evident misguidance.
39. And warn them, of the Day of Regret, when the matter will be concluded; and [yet], they are in [a state of] heedlessness, and they do not believe.
40. Indeed, it is We who will inherit the earth and whoever is on it, and to Us they will be returned.
Bogus. You are damaging your credibility Eric…not Biblical. All books are not credible and worth validating through an interview.
16:46 Wow, what a testimony! I like the part where God gave him a blond haired white woman rather than an African American woman. Wouldn't it be a testimony to racial egalitarianism if the Lord chooses to give white people black spouses? That would pretty much end the argument about miscegenation and racism in the church.

Amazing…the apostle Paul was not to speak about the things he saw, when he went there, and he was a special disciple, yet now it is o.k. for who ever, to talk about it and even earn money from the book they have written? The apostle Paul sure would have made enough money from a book he could have written to support all the churches he started…
From Earth to the 3 Heaven is 1,500 miles height, for that is where Paradise is in 3 Heaven.
God lives in the 7 Heaven where no man has been yet.
For all Righteous believers will be in 1 Resurrection then our Soul and Body will go through the Fire of Purification before we will be granted into the 7 heaven where God dominion is ….
Amazing testimony. As an aside, pretty sure the white robes aren't the righteous acts of the saints. Could be wrong, but fairly confident the white robe, if referring to the wedding garment, would be the righteousness of Christ. The blood, the finished work of Jesus. Imparted through faith in Christ; right? Either way, thanks for the updated interview! (Saw Mickey — as I'm sure have many — a decade or so ago on some other broadcasts. Miraculous stuff. Blessings. What a difference in life experience. He succeeded in everything, even in going to heaven. I have really been a loser at everything – no alcohol or drug abuse, just life under achievement. People are so different.
No visitation to the third heaven is real which propagates the idea of the soul leaving the body. The Bible is clear that the dead rest and know nothing. Why didn't Lazarus exclaim, "Why did you bring me back?" If he was in the heretical paradise known as Abraham's Bosom? Why would Jesus say, "Lazarus is asleep"? When Paul was, "caught up into the third heaven" he didn't know if he was inside or outside of his body which means he could have well been inside of his body. Additionally, if a body is not required for access to heaven why was there an argument over the remains of Moses in the book of Jude? The Bible doesn't support out of body experiences and the scientific community has presented a case that the near death experience creates a mental state much like dreaming. We should all know not every dream is a revelation from God. I pray these words find you well as I come in peace in the name of The Lord.
Our lives are like a rollercoaster journey ride. I believe him.

I am pretty sure the would have documented the funeral process in mire details in terms of preparation if the dead until sending the body to be at rest for a few days for friends and relatives to gather and pay their last respect and do sharing if any.. I remember the last music was the glorious "AMAZINGNESS OF GRACE" then after the few days had passed, the closing of the coffin before the last rights done in the morning (The Green Mile) where all family members walk behind the wagon carrying the coffin containing the coffin to show send off before sending it to the Furness
Why would people be talking about it. This wasn't something people talked about in the first place? I didn't expect the church or Bishop or any one in church to talk about details like this.
That's the problem, why people with totally ni relation to him be talking about it? I think thee mismatched in details that accidentally caused the Noise. And are you sure the church say can't watch porn? I think this is schism to over compensate for lack of knowledge and just do wild guesses, so now simply react like getting caught peeping.

I’m so disappointed to see this on the Eric Metaxas show. I guess this is the compromise one has to make to be on TBN. Many will say Lord, Lord and hear the words depart from me workers of iniquity, I never knew you. Books about Heaven make people a lot of money. Eric, please keep it credible. You have always been one of the good ones.
I had dream about heaven and it corroborated other dreams visions or visitations the colors are vivid and seem alive
Thanks for sharing that story Mickey I died also and had an experience with Jesus and we communicated telepathically just like you and the love that was there does not compare to anything on this earth. It was October 28, 2010. There is nothing like being in heaven.
I consider myself a spirit filled christian, who knows the lord, reads the bible and fears God. Im sorry but im not buying this. Its his story and it gives him joy, but literally, its hard pressed to find biblical teaching that completely validates this mans testamony. Im sorry.
