22 dialga raids, 0 shiny
So far I have done 147 Dialga raids, and I still don't have a shiny….
Only did 1 Dialga raid and its a shiny 😅
You should check Niantic Campfire you could have easily get in touch with the players in that area to do the Articuno Raid.
