Awesome house and great floorplan. This type home will do well and east LA not like 80s stereotype anymore. Toll bros stock prolly good buy too with interest rates dropping. Nice video!!!
I’d love to see more models in that development. I also want to know how much the model is with lot fee and all upgrades.
Both houses are beautiful but I prefer the first.
If it wasn’t for the LA homeless issues, I would consider buying a property.

Love the Design, the way it is customise…it has smaller backyard with the pool and sitting Area but it is still a nice place to relax. I'm glad I saw Another great homes done by Toll Brothers…All the other one's I've watch are all great, but definitely I think the very first house u done in this Tour is my Favorite so far. Thank for the showing Darren, Two homes in one Tour..More choices to choose from haha! I put my money on the first one for sure. Thank you for the Tour as Always!! ❤

"Here's our driveway we got some turf." Nothing about the pavers, nothing about the pattern. This is some really low effort amateur content.
Very nice, I could buy it, but what about the quarter? Where is Montebello?
If it's 2M make decent size for everything in the house, that patio for 2M is too small.
You can buy homes under 1M with large patio and about 1M price homes with more parking.
What an inefficient use of real estate.

Both models are beautiful, but I prefer the first one.
Great floorl plans, but too expansive to keep it at the correct temperature 🌡 so much high ceilings when the aire has to keep packed to mantiene the correct temp.
Really amazing house Darren, it's really lovey with high ceilings an and amazing master bedroom, great value for $2, the only thing is they shouldn't have put in that small bath tub in the front lawn, it actually would look better without it
I'm 49 and grew up in Montebello. My Parents still live there since 1976. If you'd like some other very interesting selling points I'd be glad to help. I'm just interested in seeing Montebello grow and prosper. There are many selling points of this location.
