  1. The rule is probably in place to stop anyone from dumping huge quantities of water where ever they want without permission. The rules apply to all of us for a good reason. Imagine your neighbour decides to dump the water in his pool into "his" backyard. Water doesnt stay where you put it and it could end up in your basement. Elon is making it sound like someone poured a 1 liter bottle on the ground and got fined for it. Meanwhile it was probably a million liters. That will have an effect on the surrounding area..or maybe it wont, but do you want to leave that up to Elon?

  3. Let Us all cry for the billionaires. We all get hassled by the gov…for Him it's 0.0001% of his wealth. For you its so much more % of your work…do not feel for this guy..or buy into his story. He has lawyers. He has people.

  4. no they didnt ransom you, you still dumped water and who knows what was in it, you say it is just water well the permit is there to make sure that is what you are doing so they can keep track of what is being dumped. THIS time there was no harm, and to say it rains all the time yeah that is spread out over an area not dumped in one place. Used to be such a huge Elon fan for years it takes a while to realise he is just a crook. Look up all his failures and before you say TESLA OR SPACEX look up how he obtained those, wasnt through his intelligence
