  1. Just have an anything goes format and let nature run its course…. if you disclose it as something that wont see bans then youll see it evolve on its own… you can correct it with cards that handle the busted ones… or even better you DONT handle them and gain data on what that looks like…. maybe even have a rotating ban list….or actually use the restricted list….. etc… the opportunity for that info should seriously be looked at in the free space with arena

  2. I still can't believe how few of the older sets y'all haven't added. Let alone some of the older sets that you all have added are only 80 to 90% complete.
And I am personally shocked we don't have a PV E story campaign mode yet

  3. As far as 4 player Brawl on Arena goes, I think that if the board was split into 4, like it is on an episode of "Game Knights" when we get a bird's eye view of the field, I think it could work. If the screen is too small, there should be an option to zoom in on specific fields.

  4. I recently attended a prerelease at my local game store. They had at least 22 players each, on Friday, Saturday AM, Saturday PM and Sunday. The store collected over 50 MTG Arena promo code cards that were left on tables. No one wanted them. No one asked for them. MTG Arena isn't worth the cost. In person Magic is best.

  6. "Sounds like a control player" – joke but actually tone deaf since the concern about attack with x and or kill x are difficult when your OPPONENT is playing Control. Control decks tend to keep your creature counts low and will field a few really hard to kill/hard to get past creatures just to make those quests super painful. Yes, sometimes and in some formats the quests run fast and obviously if you want to get the quest done quickly you want to run a deck that goes wide rather than tall but it isn't a guarantee that it will be quick or fun (in any way).

  7. I am always moved by how open the arena team is. It hardly feels like 5 years, but looking back at it, this program is what got me into Magic and what I keep coming to on a daily basis. Thank you for your hard work!

  8. First of all, Thank you for Arena!
This platform has allowed me to re engage with a game I love and become a better player.
The one thing I look forward the most is multiplayer, and I know its a tall order, but knowing it will get tackled really helps.

  9. I dont think fetch lands is the problem… using any card that allows you to put a 10/10 indestructible for instance turn 1 2 or 3…those cards that make that possible that’s the problem. card that make an endless loop cuz this is not commander.. thats the problem…cards that pump up or multiple creatures only 50 seconds into the game those cards are the problem.. if not then just put commander on arena 💁‍♂️

  10. Wish there were this open chat every set or something like this. Sad to hear no spectator mode wants to develop in the future ( 3-5 Years,). Kills my hopes of getting kinds of Events, Big Tournaments, or something for Brewers to celebrate. But on a low level, this Steam was a spark of going in a healthy State of the Game. Keeping open communication with the Player Base is not simple but it's essential. So we can celebrate a decade of MTG Arena too.
