My hair has been breaking and shedding in CLUMPS! I cut so much off thinking that it’s damaged but you just reminded me that low iron causes shedding and breakage. I am also anemic so it’s time for my annual round of liquid iron supplements. To health food store I go! It makes all the difference!
I literally just experienced this last week! My phone stays on DND and I turned it off but I didn’t turn off silent mode 😳. So I missed the call! I called back foe times 😂 because I started to assume the worse 😬! I’m still waiting for the call back… Thanks for sharing that part in your Vlog no I know I’m not alone and feel better 🫶

Hi Octavia, Cumin is the missing spice that makes chili taste like chili. Look up a traditional recipe and you will find it. I was blown away when I realized that after years of making Chili without it. Thinking chili spice the spice that made that taste.

How are your Vitamin D levels? A lot of blk people stuffer from low vitamin D, and that can contribute to anemia as well.
