With the slow instead of long scan duration, you basically need to think of his tactical as more like a quick-use Wattson stun than a wallhacking tool.

As a seer main i say his kit isnt as good as before. I personally hardly use his ult even when i have it it doesnt help much but in all everyone saying he is broken op is just saying it after 1 interaction. Keep up the good content my dude 🙏

He's impossible to balance because of the nature of his kit, similarly to Revenant (who is getting a entire rework most likely next season as a result).
The same needs to happen to Seer. Either rework his entire kit or remove him from the game and refund people their coins that they spent on him and his cosmetics
