Think you messed up your control or maybe just in the beginning you said the control was act goin into the ultra sonic. The first one you said was control had the huge fat chunk in the middle and then you said it was ultra sonic later on.
They never said if they liked the more tender ultrasonic steak over the control steak or not. 😮
do you ever make beef jerky? if so, i'd be interested to see whether blasting beef with ultrasonic waves before curing/drying would make a difference in the jerky's outcome

Guga, here's a challenge. You said you don't do cinnamon. Some of the best meat to ever touch my taste buds was seasoned middle-eastern style. Cinnamon, smoked paprika, all-spice, and cummin on any red meat is amazing. The cinnamon specifically brings out the savory depths of flavor in the meat. Try it man! I dare you! LOL

This is a great idea! I want to try now. However, I have the suspicion that the Sous Vide machine might have its lifespan reduced as the ultrasound propagates over it. maybe ultrasound the steak and then cook it sous vide?
