We UNCOVER the SECRETS of Island Princess – DAY 2 VLOG

On day 2 of our Island Princess Iceland and Greenland cruise we visited our first port of Falmouth, Cornwall. Falmouth is small tender port and we explored the small town independently. Back onboard Island Princess we go exploring and discover a number of secret locations that are not marked on any deck plans. We also get to experience a premium desert, which are now included in both Plus and Premier packages. We dine in the Bordeaux Restaurant for out Italian theme evening meal. In the Princess theatre we experience Antonio Salci. The Voice of the Ocean begins onboard with the first auditions being held in Explorers lounge.

Island Princess is part of Princess Cruises’ fleet and was launched in 2003. It belongs to the Coral-class of ships and has been a popular choice for travellers seeking a cruise experience with a balance of comfort and luxury. We are Tom and Dom and we experienced our first cruise on the MSC Virtuosa during her UK staycation cruises in 2021. We are relatively new to cruising, however we can now say we are officially hooked.

Our mission is provide a fair and balanced review of our travels. We look at the types of food that is available onboard, from main dining rooms, room service, buffets and pool side snacks. We include menus for each of cruises so that we can share the selection of drinks and meals that are available. Entertainment onboard a cruise ship is important to us and we enjoy theatre production shows, live music, quizzes and game shows. We love to explore different ports and destinations and enjoy sharing tips and tricks so that you can make the most of each port. We often explore ports independently but also book excursions that are interesting to us.
