I only have one hand (right), I've been using the wii wheel and it's been ok but I cant hold items behind me and have to use my left stump to hit the directional to use items. What remote should I try to switch to? My two handed family members sometimes beat me and that's unacceptable lol.

Man, seeing you play through all these custom tracks again feels nostalgic. I caught Road to 9999 and Race to 9999 the whole way through, then fell off from watching Mario Kart content for a while. And now I'm back, at least for a while, and getting to see all these custom tracks I haven't seen since before the pandemic.
The fact that all of these tracks got approved by Mr Bean is horrifying. He must have really low standards for custom tracks coz most of these are absolute messes
