Canada Post should have chose to strike post Christmas now everyone hates them.
I, for one, don't want my tax dollars funding a losing business every year. It is time to downsize and lay off some of the postal staff, including management, to make a profitable business. We need a postal service, just not as large.

Stop the payment for the Management until solve the issue. Sitting down at home and collecting salary with bonuses. Stop the payment today, you will have deal right away. Ordinary Canadians, small businesses and rural communities are hurting a lot. Give them a break.
They ruined Christmas. As far as Iβm concerned keep striking all winter. 19% wage increase is crazy. They already make a decent wage.
Let Canada Post fold and restart after a year with new contracts that allow Canadians a real post office that is customer focused and can be self sustaining.

A 20% RAISE ON POSTIES MAKING OVER $31 PER HOUR WHICH IS 70% OF ALL POSTIES . GOES LIKE THIS $31 Γ 20%=$6.20 AN HOUR INCREASE. THERE ARE 2080 HOURS A YEAR TIMES $6.20 =$12,698 A YEAR RAISE

How are cp management giving themselves such massive bonuses on top of ridiculous salary when they keep crying how much money they are lossing?? Clearly they are not being paid on any kinda performance based metric. Maybe it's time that changes
weekend delivery is stupid in cp's case. The only reason there is weekend delivery is amazon, and they dont even ship with cp anymore. and tbh cp usually just drops off a notice and you still have to go to the physical post office to pick up your parcel anyways. So its not weekend delivery its weekend pickup. the way there going the parcel business is going to shrink so much after this they wont even hire pt workers anyways.
