  1. You can try putting a fully staffed infirmary into the dome with all the sanity problems. It helps them recover. The little dollar signs over their heads means they are unemployed, like you thought. The little house over their heads means they are homeless and the little head symbol with the swirls where the brain is means they have major sanity problems.
