  1. You would never sit down around this man without going back home with good lessons. He saw death face to face from the hand of Abacha for offence he never committed, and since then had never remain the same. No matter what those servants of drug barons say, OBJ is the best we have ever had

  2. The style of democratic government in Germany is different from the one in the United Kingdom. The one in Austria is different from the one in Spain. Nigeria should setup a governance system that serves every ethnic groups

  3. IMF and World Bank "spokesman" Olusegun Obasanjo, with his net worth of $1.6 billion, has become very good at distracting us with irrelevant talk. Please, baba.. stop this now. The world is changing beneath your feet.

  4. He is international symbol of the origin of Nigeria Democracy. Every country I go his name rings bell. He may not have gotten it too good but his government was far better…I wish they will listen when he talks

  5. 🌐🌍 Return Nigeria to PARLIAMENTARY system, 6 regions 6 premiers, 1 FGN prime minister. It allows us remove bad government in 4 weeks instead of 4 years presidential system hard to impeach bad leaders 🇳🇬

  7. Obasanjo is the father of everything that could be wrong with Nigeria. Be it corruption or the leadership.

I just hope he would come out one day that he is part of the failure of Nigeria and would hand everything that is alluded to him back to Nigerians as they were all stolen.

There is no democracy in Nigeria and Obasanjo is the "Father of Nigerian corruption" – Stephen Shakur, BBC HardTalk.

Obasanjo is unrepentant, unapologetic and deluded but still suffers guilty streaks.

  8. I appreciate OBJ's candour. The only part that I will call out is that after hearing out the reasons why Shell didn't want to get involved in the refinery business with Nigeria, why didn't he use his power as president to clear corruption in that sector for good?
