  1. It gets better and better! My longest over water flights have been from the Canadian mainland to Vancouver Island, 15 nautical miles. Life jacket on, the flight manual says I can glide to land, but when you're out in the middle the land is an awfully long way away…

About once a generation the idea of the Turks and Caicos joining Canada resurfaces. Nothing has ever come of it.

  2. Of all the aviation certificates someone can hold, IFR etc you have finally gotten the sought after certificate of being able to fold that damn Cirrus sunshade πŸ€£πŸ’¦

  3. Constructive criticism: having high quality vloggers as inspiration for video style (evidently you know Casey Neistat) is an amazing tool for success. However, clickbait thumbnails with silly faces (got really widespread recently) might help with view count but definitely reduces one's caliber as a content creator. You have plenty of examples to follow, good and bad. High demand doesn't necessarily mean high quality.

  4. Hate to be pedantic, but it's 250nm flight over the Atlantic Ocean. So the title should be, "We had to fly a LONG way across the ocean".πŸ€ͺ Everything north of the Dom. Rep is (still) the Atlantic. Fun video nonetheless.
